During his student years, Yoshinori Nishino passed the patent attorney examination. He then worked for a leading electronics manufacturer, handling trademarks, designs, contracts, and more within the intellectual property division. Subsequently, he transitioned to the communication division's brand management. In 2017, he changed careers to work at a patent office, where he was responsible for foreign trademark affairs. In 2022, he joined Hatsuna Intellectual Property Firm. Drawing from his experiences in trademark rights acquisition at the patent office, as well as his time in the intellectual property and communication divisions of corporations, he is well-versed in three key areas: trademark rights acquisition, in-company trademark management, and branding. He leverages this comprehensive expertise to powerfully support clients in building their brands.
